Marion Cornilia Tibbets, born in 1873, is listed in Who Was Who In American Art, Davenport, Askart.com, Artprice.com, ETC...
According to Who Was Who In American Art, she studied at Ohio State University with E. Torkner, James Hopkins, Mabel Debra King; ASL, with D. Romanowsky and Stanley Woodward. She was a member of the Columbus Art League, Ohio Water Color Society, Rockport Association of Art, and NAWA. She exhibited in Columbus, Ohio. Her works are in many private collections. She taught art at Seattle Schools.
