Description:
Five 18th-century Italian original LARGE oil paintings on canvas--Tribulation
of Christ.
Measurements: Two 57" x 71"; The third 53" x 71"; Last Two 21"X70".
Note the masterly depiction of faces and features.
Condition:
Considering the age of these paintings, the condition is very good. We have
not commissioned any restoration or in-painting since we have acquired them.
The paintings do have crackling, chipping in small areas and some of the symtoms
of old age and lack of museum quality attention, which they deserve.
